Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 some suppliers are taking a little bit longer than usual to ship your products.

This will not affect all orders, it will come down to a product by product basis.

Please note we request to have physical address for delivery as we are unable to deliver to P.O.Box or Postal Bags. Thank you for understanding. 

Is Shipping Free?

Yes, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping on any purchase except items which are offered at no cost. Free items will be charged with shipping at the checkout.  

Why My Order Is Being Shipped In Different Packages? 

If you have a multi-item order, each item may come in different package. The reason being each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse depending on fastest availability. If an item is popular and has bit of back order, we might ship your items at different times and in different packages to prevent holding up your order.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Our aim is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across Australia and the World.

We supply many of our products from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia and we partner with quality global suppliers and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping to the destination can take anywhere between 20 - 45 business days depending on the manufacturer/supplier. Currently, the average package can take up to 1 month to arrive.

It is important to note that because we source our products from different suppliers around the world, shipping times will vary between manufacturers/suppliers. The times listed above are an average, and depending on circumstances out of our control are subject to change (such as the Lunar New Year).

How Can I Track My Order?

Orders are processed on daily basis by us. Once the order has been processed by warehouse and redirected to our insured shipping carrier, you will receive an email with tracking number. Tracking number is alpha numeric, starting with two letters then numbers and ends with two letters. You can use this number as a tracking number in any of the below website to check the status of your consignment.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The Mail?

All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets hold at customs, sent back or even lost in transit, we apologize! In case like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking whenever possible. 

Will I Be Charged For Customs And Taxes?

Our Prices are displayed as Tax-Free local currency, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs are determines by your local customs office on arrival at its destination. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Procedure conducted by customs office and also time taken by them is beyond our control. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
